The MD to KY 2014 Reunion Committee held its first meeting on Saturday, December 1, 2012. There was a good turnout. Those who attended and others who have expressed an interest in volunteering to help with the planning and at the Reunion have been invited to join a Google Group (please accept the invitation so that you can send email directly to the Reunion Committee):

Our first planning went very well. There were 11 people signed in with their Surname, Name, Address, email and phone #.
We went over the Agenda. Everyone was terrific about volunteering for different Committees, such as Publicity, Speakers, Mass, Vendors, etc. We are off to a good start. We agreed on the next meeting being held on Saturday, January 12, 2013, unless it snows and then it will be held on Saturday, January 19th, 2013. I did bring my computer but no one volunteered to Skype it. There is a concern about funding. We also increased the prices on the Registration form. We discussed having the Welcome Event at St. Rose with people from the Parish helping us.
We would like the Banquet to be at the Knights of Columbus Hall. We are also contacting the Springfield Chamber of Commerce as we want to keep everything in Springfield, since St. Catharine’s Dining Hall only seats 200. Pam will be contacting the Pastor at St. Rose to have Mass at St. Rose.
We really enjoyed working together and then went to Mordecci’s for lunch at 12:00. We have several sign up sheets.
